Rev. Robert Wilkes Ihloff Robert Wilkes Ihloff was elected 13th Bishop of Maryland on May 20, 1995, and was consecrated on October 21, 1995, in the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, Washington, DC. Born in New Britain, CT, on May 19, 1941, Bishop Ihloff received an A.B. with Departmental Honors in history from Ursinus College in 1964. In 1967 he received his M.Div. from Episcopal Theological School, and in 1972 he received an M.A. in European History from Central Connecticut State College. He is the author of two published articles, one in The Journal of Religion & Health, the other in Word & Spirit. |
